How does my school get its own address?
Choose your school’s web address when you register, then verify your email. We’ll let you know when your workspace is ready.
Can staff, students and parents sign up?
Members join through a school invitation. Your administrator creates your record, sends an invitation and assigns your school permissions.
How do I sign in?
Use your school’s own workspace address and your verified school account. Platform administrators use the separate platform sign-in page.
Can guardians view more than one child?
Yes. Guardians can switch between children linked to their account by the school. Each child’s records remain separate.
When are results available?
Scores and term results appear when your school publishes them. Draft results remain private to authorised staff.
How does support work?
Contact us with your school name and a description of the issue. Never include account passwords or payment card details.
